The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Khanum Buzurg, the daughter of the deceased Muhammad ʻAli Khan [from] Dawdangah and the wife of Sayyid Muhammad (son of the deceased Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi), has passed away. Her inheritors are two daughters and a son. She had inherited belongings (cows, sheep, and some properties) from her father. Now that the guardian of these children is their father, Sayyid Muhammad, the property inherited by the children should be given to him. The document reads in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled 1500 tumans with three of his sons, Mirza Muhammad Riza Khadim, Shaykh Muhammad Baqir, and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli, for a man [three kilograms] of salt. If the settlor dies and the two underage sons [Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli] are adults at the time of executing the will, the settled money, 1500 tumans, should be used for the expenses of the burial, funeral, and other religious duties. The document reads in part:Mir ʻAli al-Baqi has given the power of attorney to divorce his wife, Khayr al-Nisaʼ Baygum (daughter of Mirza Sayyid Mahmud), to Akhund Muhsin of Dar al-ʻIbadah of Yazd; she forgoes her mahr for this divorce. June 21, 1784.

Marriage contract of Fatimah, the daughter of Mulla Ghulam Husayn, and Mulla Haj Muhammad, the son of Karbalayi Mulla ʻAli, with a mahr of 755 tumans, which includes: pieces of land, water usage right of qanat, part of a house, a carpet to cover a room, gold, silver, clothes, and copper. On March 25, 1928 the husband transferred the ownership of some pieces of land to his wife.

Power of attorney for Khayr al-Nisaʼ's divorce, 1801
Khayr al-Nisaʼ, daughter of Baba Khan the enamel painter, gives power of attorney to Mulla Haj Muhammad. Mulla Haj Muhammad is to divorce her from her husband, Muhammad ʻAli (known as Aqa Baba), the son of Jaʻfar Jilawdar. She forgoes her mahr. The divorce vow was said on April 16, 1801.

Temporary marriage contract of Fatimah, the daughter of ʻAli Akbar Farizi, and Ustad Mirza, the son of Muhammad ʻAli the mason from Mashhad, for a month. The mahr is three tumans. During this time, the husband has to pay for the wife's living expenses.
